I charge 7% of the gross rent each month.  Plus a leasing fee of $200 for new starts that are vacant.

You get my cell phone number that you can check on things at your convenience.

Hands on by me interacting with tenants.

Contact from me as often as you like or not.

I advertising for tenants.

I do the showings.

I do the screening to your specifications.

I sign the lease with the tenants.

I collect the rent.

I pay the bills that you want.

I send you the balance or deposit it to your account.

I send you monthly statements.

I moniter the property with walk thru's and drive by's.

I take the emergency calls and regular maintenance calls.

You choose the companies that work for you or I will be glad to choose.

All things are set by you when you hire me to manage your property and can be changed as we go.
